What we collect and why
Quote and sample requests. When you send a form we receive the details you enter (name, brand, email, WhatsApp number, country, quantities, product choices, notes) and any photos you attach. We use them only to prepare your quote or sample plan and to reply to you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps prior to a contract). The data is stored in our Google Workspace account (Google Sheets, Gmail, Google Drive), which Google processes for us as a processor under its data processing terms.
Email and WhatsApp. If you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we use your message to answer you. WhatsApp is run by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd.; its own privacy policy applies when you click the WhatsApp button.
Business outreach. We may contact retailers and brands at their published business email address with a short introduction to our services (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in B2B sales). Every message lets you opt out by replying “no thanks”; we then add your address to a do-not-contact list.
Hosting and server logs
This site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser and time of access to deliver the site and protect it from attacks (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Fonts, scripts, images and videos are served from our own domain; we load nothing from Google Fonts or other third-party CDNs.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.
How long we keep data
Request data is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting order, and up to the end of statutory retention periods for business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Transfers outside the EU
We are based in Türkiye, and our service providers may process data in the United States. Transfers rely on the providers’ standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to support@sportingen.com. You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority in your country.
